Dakshin Food Festival exhibited the cuisines of the South Indian states of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka. A wide range of culinary masterpieces were prepared by adept hands at The Chancery Pavilion. Guests relished dishes that were a balanced union of authentic flavours, fragrances, colours, seasonings and tastes.
